Select files. Publish. Share.

  1. Select your HTML page and its assets as files, folders, or a ZIP. A ZIP must contain index.html at its root.
  2. Review the selection and options, then publish. Keep relative paths intact so images, stylesheets, and scripts load.
  3. Open your hosted URL and share it. Save the claim token to manage future updates through an account.

Community projects currently support up to 100 files and 1 MiB of files; ZIP uploads are also limited to 1 MiB. Publishing is rate-limited and intended for static content, not server-side programs.

How to host an HTML website for free

Free hosting with a per-Space address

Each published Space has its own hosted address. Community addresses are generated; registered Free, Premium and Advanced users can choose an included name when creating or editing a Space, subject to availability and Space lifecycle rules. Community and Free pages include HTMLSpace attribution; this is not a free custom-domain offer.

Save the claim token shown after publishing. Create or sign in to an account and claim the Space before the token expires to manage future deployments without changing its URL.

Compare Free, Premium and Advanced hosting

Browser publishing stays available without a paid plan. API and CLI automation requires an active Advanced account.

Built for finished frontend projects

Host a landing page, portfolio, documentation site, demo, or browser-based app. Upload finished HTML and assets, including static output from a frontend build. Static hosting does not run PHP, Python, databases, or a Node.js backend, and it does not build your source code.

About HTMLSpace

Publish now, manage more later

Claim your published Space with a Free account to deploy updates and inspect immutable Releases. Advanced enables API and CLI automation and inherits Premium hosting. Premium and Advanced both enable eligible Dedicated capabilities; buying credits alone does not enable a paid plan or API access.

Before you publish

Is this free without signing up?

Yes. Community browser publishing needs no account. File-count, size, and rate limits apply, and Community and Free pages include HTMLSpace attribution.

Can I upload CSS, scripts, and images?

Yes. Include the files referenced by your HTML and preserve their relative folder paths. Files & folders mode lets you choose an entry HTML page; ZIP mode uses index.html at the root.

Will it run my backend?

No. HTMLSpace serves static files to browsers, not server-side programs or databases. Upload your finished build rather than source that needs compiling.

Can I update a published site?

Save your claim token and claim the Space with an account. Deploy a new Release through the dashboard to update the site. Read the Release guide.
